I recently worked with Jenna to land a job as a Project Manager and it was great experience through and through. Jenna did a great job of choosing me as an applicant for a job that I would be a competitive candidate for. In hindsight, with the information I learned throughout the interview process, the questions Jenna asked me during the screening showed she had a very good grasp on what was needed to qualify for the role. Jenna was prompt and attentive throughout the entire interview process, and even did little things like give me general tips to prep before interviews. She also did a great job making sure that I was offered a competitive compensation package by proactively asking for any information that could be used as a bargain for more compensation, then drove those conversations on the back end. Overall, I am pleased to be in my new role where I feel like I will be a great fit and fairly compensated, and I largely owe this opportunity to Jenna.
