With a focus on specialist recruitment in the sectors of MedTech, Life Science, and Industrial, and long-term partnerships, Metric was established to provide a more positive recruitment experience for clients and candidates.

Covid presents an obstacle
A few months into trading and global lockdown provisions force the Metric team into a different way of working.
However, even against a bleak industry backdrop Metric continues to grow, increasing headcount by 40% and remaining profitable.
2020
Metric hits the UK
Metric opens their first UK based offices in London and Nottingham, with the company celebrating $5 million in agreed sales, their first $1 million period and a 214% increase in headcount.
2021
A Year of Career Highs
A year of unprecedented performances with every single team member of Metric celebrating the best year of their career so far, with the company ending their third year on $10 million in agreed sales and another headcount increase of over 100%.
2022
A record year
Records continue to be smashed and Metric celebrates yet another year of growth, with $12 million in agreed sales for year four and the company’s first ever $1.5 million period.

This is Metric 2.0
Metric 2.0 is launched establishing Metric Bio and Metric Geo as brand-new specialist brand identities. We also open our fourth US office in the bustling Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
