Metric Search is currently working with a leading Pharmaceutical company in search of a Head of Engineering. Our client is one of the leading OTC drug manufacturers in the world. You will be responsible for all aspects of Engineering at the facility under assignment.
Responsibilities
Implement a reliability system that achieves optimum performance of equipment, improves site resilience, and delivers within agreed budgets
Establish and improve key reliability performance indicators, such as Mean Time Between Failures and Mean Time to Repair
Develop and execute a site master plan
Responsible for capital investment initiatives
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, or a related discipline
10+ years of experience in a similar environment, manufacturing optimization, or reliability engineering
5+ years of experience in managerial roles
Expertise in manufacturing optimization
Experience with Six Sigma Lean Systems Concepts
Financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting experience
