? Your Qualifications:

• Over 5 years' experience in diverse projects, including residential, commercial, and government sectors

• Demonstrated success in managing pre-litigated and litigated files from start to finish as the primary expert

• Comprehensive experience collaborating with insurance companies, legal representatives, government agencies, and corporate clients

• Proficiency in depositions, arbitrations, and/or trial situations

• Solid technical skills and extensive knowledge of California construction norms, regulations, and permitting processes

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities

• Familiarity with on-site examinations and record-keeping

• Comprehensive understanding of building enclosure design and waterproofing systems

• A team player with strong leadership qualities

• Must hold a Registered Architect and/or Licensed P.E. certification in California

• Experience with Revit/BIM/CAD software (preferred)
