My client is a dynamic MEP consulting firm with over 50 employees. The firm works on industry-leading projects across education, commercial, residential, and institutional markets. The individual in this role will be tasked with designing various electrical systems, including lighting systems, fire alarm systems, and power distribution systems. They will also be responsible for conducting site visits and meeting regularly with owners and architects. Lastly, they will be asked to execute load and energy calculations. An ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience and a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, a working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit, and a PE or EIT is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
The design of various building electrical systems.
Participating in site visits and client meetings to review and update all parties on progress.
Performing energy and load calculations
Requirements:
A PE or EIT is preferred
4+ years of experience in the field with a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
