I am extremely excited to be partnered with a world leader in plant-based wild and heritage meats. With one unique product launched and already in Michelin chef’s restaurants, they are looking for an individual to lead their sales department as they scale up with additional products.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue growth, increase company presence, and establish & maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
Track and analyse sales performance to spot trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth and keep up with market conditions, competitor activity.
Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team, as well as provide ongoing mentoring and professional development.
Work cross functionally with finance, marketing and product development teams to drive success.
About you:
10 years’ of sales experience, with 5 in a leadership role ideally in the food industry and previous experience managing a sales team
Selling premium meats or plant-based products, as well as selling proteins broadly to the foodservice industry, is a requirement.
Experience driving sales and exceeding targets to increase revenue growth.
