Director, Antibody Discovery & Protein Engineering
The Director of Antibody Discovery and Protein Engineering will be responsible for leading an accomplished group of scientists across two teams to design, immunize, engineer and characterize antibody candidates.
Responsibilities:
Lead antibody discovery and protein engineering teams
Formulate an antibody discovery immunization and antibody drug validation strategy
Supervise humanization and engineering of ADCs and multi-specific antibodies
Contribute to regulatory filings
Review and authorize Standard Operating Procedures
Prepare reports and papers for publication in technical journals, patents, and presentations to regulators.
Qualifications:
PhD in Molecular Biology or Immunology and ten years of interdisciplinary leadership experience.
