Construction Estimator - Transmission, Distribution, Substation
Company Overview:Metric Search is actively representing an emerging regional contracting outfit in the Southeast, a woman-owned construction company with 1000+ employees and 70+yrs' operating experience, which is looking to add High Voltage Construction Estimators to their Transmission, Distribution and Substation offerings in Florida.
Job Overview: As a Construction Estimator, you will play a crucial role in accurately estimating project costs and ensuring the successful delivery of our client's Transmission, Distribution, and/or Substation projects. Responsibilities:
Provide accurate cost estimates for Transmission, Distribution, and Substation projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project information and assess scope.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and related documents to determine project requirements.
Utilize industry-relevant estimating software (Procore/Hard Dollar/Probid) to develop comprehensive estimates.
Prepare and present estimates to internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' Electrical T&D/Substation estimating experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical).
Salary Range: $70,000 - $170,000
