Joel is an experienced Consultant focused within the North American Electrical Substation, Transmission & Distribution construction sector. He has established a raft of client and candidate relationships across the United States and Canada, working with Field Leadership, Safety, Project Management, Estimating and Operations staff from entry level through to Executive and C-Level.
